Food Shelf Update
We encourage anyone struggling with the aftermath of the flood to visit and use the food shelf located at the Presbyterian Church.  Hours of service are every second and fourth Wednesday, 5-7 p.m.  If you are curious about volunteering at the food shelf, contact Lance Sorensen at ezracooter@gmail.com or call him at 507-421-0340.  He will be arranging  a volunteer orientation and training program soon and can put you on the list of participants or can answer any questions you may have.

 The food shelf recently received a grant of $2,000 from the Presbytery of the Twin Cities.  This grant will help us remodel our storage space and assure that our electrical system can handle another freezer.  We are so appreciative of all the donations of time and money which have helped our dream of providing a community food shelf to become a reality.
