Thank you so very much for coming to our church's
website. It is very nice of you to drop in for a visit.
Nowadays, it's difficult to just come unannounced to someone's
doorstep. With the computer age we can do just that...come
unannounced at all hours of the day, every day!! Welcome. Please
come in and stay for awhile. Make yourself feel at home. And
come back anytime!
The Apostle Paul begins the 4th chapter of II
Corinthians with these words: "Therefore, since it is by God's
mercy that we have this ministry, we do not lose heart." I love
those words! The meaning is simple, but profoundly spirited. We
have this ministry, said Paul. "We," meaning all of us. "Have,"
describing the gift of a blessing. "This ministry," noting our
discipleship assigned by Jesus. So, we don't lose heart!!
You'll discover on our website the spirit of
God at work and at play in our church life. We are people who
have great hearts for doing the discipleship of our Lord. We
gather for worship on a weekly basis. We speak about God with
each other. We offer words of encouragement to one another. We
pray to God to give us what we cannot have by our own efforts.
